About Domaine Chevalier:
The origins of Domaine de Chevalier go back to the 17th century, in Pessac-Léognan, when it still had the domain name Chivaley, which means knight in Gascon. In 1983, the Bernard family, already renowned for trading Bordeaux brandies and grands crus, acquired Domaine de Chevalier, thus launching a major transformation focused on sustainability and passion for the land.

With a 100-hectare vineyard mainly planted in Sémillon and certification in Organic Agriculture since 2011, its wines are renowned for their richness and quality, reflecting the tradition and exceptional terroir of the Sauternes region.

With vestiges dating back almost 8,000 years, Georgia is the cradle of the oldest viticulture in the world. A distinctive tradition in Georgia is the production of wine in qvevri, large clay amphorae buried in the ground, which give the wines a unique flavor and texture.
